We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the quality of all research peptides purchased from Iron Peak Peptides. If you experience any quality concerns with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund & Return Eligibility
Unopened & Sealed Items
Products that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Opened Items
If you have opened a product and have a quality concern, please contact our support team at info@ironpeakpeptides.com. Opened items may be eligible for store credit or a replacement product, depending on the nature of the concern. Our team will evaluate each case individually to ensure a fair resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will send a full replacement at no charge. To process your claim:
- Contact us at info@ironpeakpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number in your email.
- Provide a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Photographic documentation is required to process damage claims.
Once we verify the damage, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect item, we will send the correct product(s) at no charge. Please contact us at info@ironpeakpeptides.com with your order number, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide instructions for returning the incorrect product.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team by emailing info@ironpeakpeptides.com. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return or refund request
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- An RMA number is required for all returns. Items returned without a valid RMA number may not be accepted or processed.
- Ship the product(s) back to us following the instructions provided with your RMA number. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items & Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your original order included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will not be deducted from your refund. However, any expedited shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item shipped by Iron Peak Peptides.

- All returned products must be in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- An RMA number is required for all returns — please do not ship items back without first contacting our support team.
